Adam Moser

Adam Moser is a seasoned traffic engineer with extensive experience in transportation engineering. Currently serving as the City Traffic Engineer for the City of Franklin, Tennessee since February 2019, Adam specializes in development review, traffic signal operation, and traffic design. Prior to this role, Adam was the Principal Engineer at C2S Engineering, LLC, overseeing traffic and ITS engineering while also managing marketing and project development. Adam's career includes significant roles at Gresham, Smith and Partners as a Senior ITS Engineer, and at Pinellas County Government as a Senior Engineer responsible for the ITS/ATMS program. Additional experience includes project management at TransCore and various engineering roles with the Michigan Department of Transportation. Adam holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with a focus on Transportation/Traffic from Michigan State University.
