Katherine Harelson, MPA, currently serves as a Development Services Operations Analyst for the City of Franklin, Tennessee, a position held since June 2021, following a role as Management Fellow. The City Administrator is appointed by the BOMA. The Administrator carries out approved policies, makes recommendations to BOMA, and provides administrative leadership to the City’s 700+ employees. Franklin has received an AAA rating from Moody's as well as Standard and Poor's rating services for several consecutive years.
