Melisa Blythe

Melisa Blythe is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in financial management and accounting. Currently serving as a Payroll Technician for the City of Franklin, VA since February 2016, Melisa previously worked as a Bookkeeper at Prime Media Productions from November 2010 to February 2016, and as an Office Manager at Franklin Transportation Corp from June 1990 to June 2010. Melisa holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Computer and Information from Chowan University, completed in 1994, as well as an Associate's degree in accounting from the same institution, obtained in 1992.
