Zoraida Diaz

Zoraida Diaz serves as the Fire Chief for the City of Fremont since April 2023 and previously held the position of Deputy Chief at the Fremont Fire Department since February 2021. From August 2015 to April 2022, Zoraida Diaz worked as a Battalion Chief for the City of Oakland. Zoraida Diaz holds a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from the State University of New York at Albany, which was completed between 1986 and 1994.
