Charlotte Stockard

Charlotte Stockard is an experienced GIS Analyst with a strong background in geographic information systems and environmental science. Currently employed by the City of Frisco since July 2018, Charlotte specializes in GIS analysis and applications. Previously, Charlotte held GIS Analyst roles at Jefferson County, WA, where responsibilities included reviewing legal descriptions and developing GIS applications, and at the City of Dallas, focusing on zoning changes and database maintenance. Charlotte's earlier experience includes work as an Environmental Scientist at Dougherty Sprague Environmental, Inc., contributing technical expertise in ArcGIS and AutoCAD, alongside environmental fieldwork. Charlotte also served as a Technical Specialist for the US EPA during the Deepwater Horizon oil spill response. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Studies from Texas A&M University and a Graduate Certificate in Geographic Information Systems from The University of Texas at Dallas.
