Darcy Schroer

Darcy Schroer has a diverse work experience in various communication and marketing roles. Darcy currently works at the City of Frisco as an Assistant Director of Communications & Media Relations. Before that, they were the Director of Marketing and Communication at the Prosper Economic Development Corporation. Prior to that, they worked at the Frisco Economic Development Corporation as a Director of Marketing and later as a Competitive Strategist. Darcy also has experience as a Communications Specialist at the City of Frisco and as a News Producer/Writer at WFAA-TV. Darcy began their career as a Producer/Reporter at KWES-TV.

Darcy Schroer completed the Graduate Marketing Certificate Program at Southern Methodist University - Cox School of Business from 2015 to 2016. Before that, they obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from The University of Texas Permian Basin, which they attended from 1998 to 1999. Additionally, Darcy Schroer pursued Communication and Media Studies at Texas Tech University, although the specific duration of their time there is unknown. Prior to their higher education, they attended Bryan Adams High School in Dallas TX from 1988 to 1992.
