Jorge Quiroga

Jorge Quiroga is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in application systems administration and business analysis. Currently serving as a Sr. Application Systems Administrator for the City of Frisco since October 2015, Jorge has successfully overhauled the Community Development System (TRAKiT) by migrating to new web portal technology and ensuring a smooth transition. Prior to this role, Jorge worked at Bryan Texas Utilities for over 14 years as a Sr. Business Analyst/IT Supervisor, where contributions included leading the Cayenta ERP/CRM implementation and enhancing IT infrastructure within the utilities sector. Earlier in their career, Jorge was the MIS Manager at Plastic Engineering Components, where effective transformation of the IT department established a highly automated manufacturing operation. Jorge holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Instituto Tecnológico de Ciudad Juárez.
