Perry Harts

Perry Harts has extensive experience in civil engineering and public service, having held various managerial and leadership positions within city governments since the mid-1980s. Currently serving as Stormwater Manager and Senior Strategic IT Planner for the City of Frisco since July 1999, Perry Harts is certified in Governance of Enterprise IT. Previous roles include Information Services Manager and Asset Management Systems Manager at the same city, as well as City Engineer and Public Works Director in Cedar Hill, TX. Perry Harts began a career in municipal engineering as a City Engineer in Cleburne and held leadership roles in the US Army, culminating as Operations Officer for the Facilities Engineer at the United States Military Academy. An alumnus of Texas A&M University, Perry Harts earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering.
