Rustin Stewart

Rustin Stewart possesses extensive experience in public administration and urban management, currently serving as the Assistant Director of Administrative Services for the City of Frisco since November 2008. Prior roles at the City of Frisco include Logistics Manager, Assistant to the City Manager, Inventory Administrator, and Signal Systems Operator. Prior to this, Rustin Stewart worked as a Traffic Engineering Technician for the City of McKinney from January 2007 to November 2008. Rustin Stewart holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) in Public Administration from Stephen F. Austin State University, obtained between 2013 and 2016, and has pursued studies at Texas Tech University during 2011 and 2012.
