Paulina Schutt-Swiatkowski

Paulina Schutt-Swiatkowski, Ph.D., currently serves as a Communication & Outreach Specialist for the City of Gainesville, Texas, since March 2024, while also owning PS Social Communications, where expertise in social media marketing and management is applied. With a robust academic background, Paulina has held several teaching positions, including Associate Teaching Professor and Assistant Director at Northern Arizona University and Assistant Professor at Southwest Baptist University, focusing on courses such as Organizational Communication and Public Relations. Previous roles include faculty advisor for Infuse Student Media, visiting assistant professor at Hope College, and a doctoral candidate at the University of Arizona, where research concentrated on interpersonal communication and media effects. Paulina holds a Ph.D. in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Arizona, supported by advanced degrees from California State University, Fullerton, and an Associate Degree from Saddleback College.
