Kyle Clark

Coastal Resources Manager at CITY OF GALVESTON

Kyle Clark currently serves as the Coastal Resources Manager for the City of Galveston, overseeing the management of over 30 miles of dunes and beach access. With a strong background in environmental and regulatory management, Kyle has held various roles including Lead Professional and Senior Project Manager at T. Baker Smith, and Manager of Channel Improvement at Port Houston. Previous experience includes positions as Natural Resources Director at Castilaw Environmental Services, and Environmental Scientist/Regulatory Senior Project Manager at HDR. Kyle has also contributed to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in multiple capacities, including Enforcement Branch Chief and Program Manager. Academic achievements include a Master's degree in Ports and Terminal Management from Lamar University and a Bachelor's degree in Wildlife Management from the University of Arkansas at Monticello. Active volunteer work with the USCG Auxiliary has been maintained since September 2019.
