Ticia Herd

Ticia Herd currently serves as the Garden City Parks and Recreation Director for the City of Garden City, Kansas, starting in July 2023. Prior to this role, Ticia Herd held the position of Executive Director at the Mulvane Recreation Commission from June 2007 to July 2023 and served as Executive Director at Maria Court Assisted Living from July 2001 to June 2007.
