Titi Siriphan

Titi Siriphan currently serves as the City Clerk for the City of Gardner, MA, a position held since 2021, after previously fulfilling the role of Assistant City Clerk in both Gardner and Leominster City Halls from January 2010 to January 2021. With extensive experience in maintaining municipal records, Titi has developed a strong foundation in public administration. Titi holds an Associate's degree in Paralegal Studies from Mount Wachusett Community College and is a graduate of Wilmington High.
