Amber Madison Knott

Amber Madison Knott is an accomplished environmental outreach professional with extensive experience in promoting sustainability and resource conservation. Currently serving as the Environmental Outreach Coordinator for the City of Garland since April 2019, Amber has developed citywide sustainability programs and outreach materials that have garnered multiple awards, including the North Central Texas Council of Governments (NCTCOG) Air North Texas award. Prior experience includes roles as Sustainability Manager at LORD Green Real Estate Strategies Inc., where Amber implemented ESG sustainability programs and analyzed energy, water, and waste usage for commercial and residential portfolios. Additionally, Amber has worked in various roles, including contractor, recycled glass artist, and customer service specialist, while holding dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Rhetoric, Writing, and Communication, and Environmental Studies from The University of Winnipeg.
