D'Lee Covey Williams

D'Lee Covey Williams has extensive experience in recreation management, currently serving as the Recreation Director for the City of Garland since January 2018. Prior roles include various positions with the City of Denton, such as Assistant Director for Capital Projects and Leisure Services, and Program Area Manager for Recreation Centers and Marketing. D'Lee also worked as a Recreation Coordinator for the City of Garland and held earlier positions in the City of Dallas and the City of Denton, where duties ranged from Center Manager to Fitness Specialist. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Parks, Recreation and Leisure Studies and a Master of Education in Student Services Administration, both from the University of North Texas.
