Glenn Breysacher

Glenn Breysacher is an experienced professional in land surveying and civil engineering, currently serving as the City Surveyor for the City of Garland, Texas since June 2001. Prior to this role, Breysacher owned and operated Dallas Mapping & Design from January 1999 to June 2001, providing professional land surveying and design services. As the Engineering & Surveying Manager at Garland Engineering, Inc. from August 1983 to March 1998, Breysacher focused on civil engineering design and drafting for residential subdivisions and commercial developments, including subdivision platting and various types of surveying. Breysacher holds a Master of Science in Clinical Social Work/Psychology from The University of Texas at Arlington and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The University of Texas at Dallas.
