Kevin Bullard

Kevin Bullard is an experienced leader in organizational performance and development, currently serving as Chief Leadership Officer for the City of Garland since July 2024. As President of Marriage Works!, Inc. since June 2009, Kevin has focused on coaching couples and enhancing marital relationships through content creation and public speaking. Previous roles include Organizational Performance Consultant at Dorrier Underwood, Administrator at Mt. Hebron Baptist Church, and various positions at The University of North Carolina at Greensboro, where efforts involved improving productivity and developing professional development programs. Kevin's educational background includes a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership and an Executive MBA, both from Grand Canyon University, as well as a BS in Journalism & Mass Communications from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
