Lilly Segura Clarke, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a Human Resources Administrator for the City of Garland since December 2002, with previous roles including Talent Acquisition Manager, Staffing Services Coordinator, and HR Specialist. Prior to this, Lilly worked as a Business Specialist at Nortel Networks from 1998 to 2000. Lilly holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Texas A&M University-Commerce and an Associate's degree in Business from Dallas College.
