Rudy Morales

Rudy Morales is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in community development and education. Since February 2015, Rudy has served as the Community Development Senior Inspector at the City of Garland, demonstrating a commitment to effective community engagement and development. Prior to this role, Rudy worked as a teacher for DISD from June 2008 to January 2015, contributing to the educational sector. Rudy holds a bachelor's degree in Network and Communications Management and Teaching from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor and has educational credentials from other institutions including Ohu and Westminster High School.
