Heather Collins

Heather Collins, CPA, has extensive experience in accounting and finance, currently serving as Accounting Supervisor for the City of Geneva, Illinois since October 2020. Prior to this role, Heather was the Superintendent of Finance and Administration at DeKalb Park District from July 2017 to September 2020 and worked as Accounting Manager at SERVPRO of Wheaton | Glen Ellyn | Lisle | Plainfield from September 2015 to June 2017. Heather's earlier career included a position as Financial Reporting Team Supervisor at the City of Naperville, where responsibilities involved overseeing a team to complete the annual operating budget and Capital Improvements Program, as well as a career in auditing at Clifton Gunderson. Heather holds a Master’s degree in Accounting and a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, both from Northern Illinois University.
