Keith Bickley

Keith Bickley is an experienced professional in emergency communications, currently serving as the Emergency Communications Manager for the City of Georgetown since March 2010. Previously, Keith held the same position at the City of Lufkin, Texas, from February 1987 to February 2010, and worked as a Communications Operator Trainer at the Lufkin Police Department from January 1992 to January 1995. In addition to this extensive background, Keith has been associated with Advanced State Telecommunications since January 1990, earning a National Certification. Educationally, Keith attended Angelina College for Business Administration and Management and completed secondary education at Central High School in Pollok, Texas.
