Kelly Cruz

Kelly Cruz has extensive experience in emergency communications management, currently serving as the Emergency Communications Manager for the City of Georgetown since 2009. Prior to this role, Kelly worked in human resources at Nutraceutical Systems from 2007 to 2009 and gained valuable experience as a Shift Supervisor for the City of Lubbock from 1996 to 2007. Kelly's educational background includes studies at American Commercial College-Lubbock and graduation from Frenship High School.
