Desmond Gayden

Desmond Gayden is an experienced professional with a diverse background in health, customer service, and emergency response. Currently serving as the Lead Member Engagement Specialist for the City of Germantown since April 2022, Desmond has been a Health and Fitness Instructor at Cold PHIIT since February 2013. Previous roles include Front Desk Clerk/Night Auditor at Crestline Hotels & Resorts, Assistant Manager at GameStop, Firefighter with the Greenville Fire Department, and Manager Trainee at Tower Loan. Desmond also contributed as an Athletic Trainer Assistant for the MVSU Football Team and as an Office Assistant for the Student Support Service while attending Mississippi Valley State University, where a Bachelor of Science in Health and Physical Education/Fitness was attained between 2010 and 2018.
