Mike Cole

Mike Cole has over two decades of experience in civil engineering and municipal management, currently serving as City Administrator for the City of Gillette since November 2015, where responsibilities include overseeing the water, sewer, and electric utilities. Previous roles at the City of Gillette include Interim City Administrator, Utilities Project Manager, and Planning Manager. Cole's experience extends to HDR as Wyoming Managing Principal, managing operations across three offices, and various positions within the City of Sheridan, including Utilities Director. Additional earlier roles include Project Manager at HKM Engineering Inc. and Project Engineer at States West Water Resources Corporation. Mike Cole's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and graduate studies at the University of Wyoming.
