Sandra Cruz has extensive experience in community outreach and program coordination, currently serving as the South County Youth Task Force Coordinator and Community Coordinator for the City of Gilroy since October 2017. Previously, Sandra worked at the Services, Immigrant Rights and Education Network (SIREN) as a Community Outreach Associate, managing immigration educational outreach initiatives across five counties. Additional roles include Interim Alumni Success Counselor and Community Development Coordinator at Downtown College Prep, and College and Career Advisor for the East Bay Consortium. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Chican@ Studies from the University of California, Berkeley, and ongoing studies for a Master's in Public Administration with a focus on Organizational Leadership at National University.
