Scott Golden is an experienced information technology professional currently serving as the Information Technology Manager for the City of Gilroy since September 2023. Prior to this role, Scott was the Deputy Director of Information Technology for the City of Milpitas from November 2022 to September 2023, and held the position of Information Technology Manager for the City of Gilroy from June 2013 to November 2022. Scott’s career in information technology began at the City of Salinas, where Scott worked as an Information Systems Manager and Network and Systems Administrator from August 2001 to June 2013. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Science from the University of Michigan-Dearborn.
