Victor Jackson

De-escalation / Strategic Communications Instructor at City of Glendale Police Department

Victor Jackson serves as the Public Information Officer and Adjutant to the Chief at the City of Glendale, CA, since June 2018, specializing in project management, branding, crisis communication, and media relations. With extensive experience in law enforcement, Victor has managed the Glendale Police Department's Field Training Program and provides de-escalation and strategic communications training to police officers and city employees. In addition, Victor is a Course Instructor at Kim Turner LLC, focusing on 9-1-1 and public safety training. Previous roles include serving as a Police Academy Staff Instructor for the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department and working in public relations at Jive Records.
