Mayowa Agbetunsin

Mayowa Agbetunsin is a seasoned civil engineer with extensive experience in various engineering roles. Since July 2022, Mayowa serves as the City Engineer for the City of Glenpool, while concurrently holding the position of Civil Project Engineer at Southeast 3 Circuit Engineering District since June 2020. Prior academic involvement as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Oklahoma State University included coordinating Construction Engineering and Project Management labs and teaching MS Project. Mayowa's engineering career includes valuable internships and roles, such as inspecting a 1-mile road project and managing compliance with specifications. Previous experience also includes a role as a Staff Analyst at KPMG Nigeria, where tax positions were reviewed and reconciled, and as a Project Engineer at Bohi Nigeria Limited, overseeing structural rehabilitations. Mayowa holds a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from Oklahoma State University and a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Lagos.
