Previously, Kevin held roles as Principal Planner and Senior Planner for the City of Aspen, where responsibilities included land use application review, coordination of interdepartmental meetings, and stakeholder engagement for city initiatives. Kevin's earlier experience includes positions at the Pikes Peak Area Council of Governments as Transportation Planner II and several roles in education and sales. Kevin holds a Master’s degree in Urban and Environmental Planning from Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Government and Spanish from The University of Texas at Austin.
