Bobby Ruiz

Bobby Ruiz is a Civil Engineer with extensive experience in engineering project management and plan review, currently serving the City of Goodyear since June 2020. In this role, Bobby analyzes and interprets engineering construction and planning documents for compliance with City requirements.
