Elnora Cunningham is an experienced professional in digital communications, social media, and financial coaching. Currently serving as Digital Communications and Social Media lead for the City of Goodyear since June 2025, Elnora is also the owner of babybooscoloringstudio@gmail.com, a business dedicated to providing identity-affirming books for people of color.
