Michael McFadden has over a decade of experience in safety, risk management, and law enforcement. Currently serving as a Safety and Risk Specialist at the City of Goodyear since July 2013, Michael has also held roles as a Loss Control Specialist in Human Resources and Leave Manager. Additionally, Michael has experience as a Law Enforcement Officer, functioning as both a patrol officer and School Resource Officer responsible for eight schools. Since April 2024, Michael has served as a Special Government Employee for the US Federal Government. Prior military experience includes serving as a Tactical Aircraft Maintenance Crew Chief in the United States Air Force from July 2007 to July 2013. Michael holds bachelor's degrees from Excelsior University and Thomas Jefferson University in Business Administration and Management. Michael is also certified by the Institute of Health and Productivity Management and serves as the City Hall Safety Committee Chair.
