Paul Luizzi serves as the CFO and has extensive experience in fire service and emergency management. As Fire Chief for the City of Goodyear since April 2007, Paul has focused on collaborative labor relations, management of a forward-thinking all-hazards fire department, and the development of community risk management strategies. Previous roles include Deputy Fire Chief and interim Deputy City Manager, where responsibilities included overseeing multiple operational departments and strategic planning with a significant budget. Paul’s earlier experience spans positions such as Manager/Director of EMS at Exeter Hospital and Critical Care Transport Specialist at Boston MedFlight, contributing to policy development and quality assurance in emergency services. Educational achievements include an MBA in HR Management and various leadership certifications, enhancing expertise in public administration and emergency management.
