Randal Westacott

Randal Westacott is a Chief Building Official with experience in implementing and administering life safety codes for the built environment. Prior to their current role in the City of Goodyear, Randal held positions in building inspection and plans examination in other municipalities. Randal obtained a BA in Business Management from SUNY Brockport.
