Robert Koontz is an experienced utility maintenance supervisor currently employed by the City of Goodyear since June 2006, overseeing maintenance for water production and reclamation facilities. Prior to this role, Robert served in the US Navy from April 1986 to April 2006 as a maintenance mechanic III and electrician, gaining valuable skills in electrical systems and maintenance practices.
