Vicki Lackey

Vicki Lackey has a diverse background in human resources, with experience at the City of Goodyear in various roles including Deputy HR Director, Sr. HR Business Partner, HR Business Partner, and Human Resources Analyst. Prior to that, Vicki worked as a Recruitment Specialist at the City of Goodyear and as a Human Resources Specialist at the Arizona Supreme Court. Vicki holds an Associate's degree in General Studies from Yavapai Community College and a Paralegal Certification from Phoenix College.
