Haley Rosaasen

Haley Rosaasen is a seasoned Human Resource professional with extensive experience in managing HR functions across diverse organizations. Currently serving as the Human Resource Manager for the City of Grand Forks, ND since July 2015, Haley oversees a wide range of HR programs, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations while managing recruitment, onboarding, and employee training. Prior to this role, Haley was the Human Resource Director at Wells Concrete, where responsibilities included managing the hiring process and employee relations. Additionally, Haley held the position of Interim Human Resources Manager/HR Assistant at the University of North Dakota, facilitating communication between multiple departments. Haley earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management and Services from the University of North Dakota and a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from the University of Mary.
