Haley Rosaasen is a seasoned Human Resource professional with extensive experience in managing HR functions across diverse organizations. Currently serving as the Human Resource Manager for the City of Grand Forks, ND since July 2015, Haley oversees a wide range of HR programs, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations while managing recruitment, onboarding, and employee training.
