CITY OF GRAND FORKS
Ryan Brooks is an experienced City Planner currently employed by the City of Grand Forks, ND since September 2021, following a long tenure with the same organization that began in 2006, during which roles included Deputy City Planner and Senior Planner. Prior to this, Ryan held the position of Planner at the GF-EGF MPO from July 1999 to May 2006. Ryan holds a Master of Arts in Geography from the University of North Dakota, earned in 2004, a Masters Certificate in Public Administration obtained in 2011, and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering and Technology from the same university, completed in 1995.
