Deletha Assenmacher, MBA, CMC, SHRM-CP, CSLC, currently serves as the Deputy HR Director for the City of Grand Junction since May 2023, and also works as a Spiritual Life Coach with Corporate Liberation Coach, assisting executives in transitioning from corporate roles to more fulfilling life experiences. Deletha's extensive background in human resources includes roles such as Human Resources Advisor, Chief Human Resources Officer, and HR Director at SummitWest Care, and HR Generalist at FHE USA LLC. Prior experience includes positions at Hilltop Community Resources and an earlier tenure at the City of Grand Junction, where oversight of training and professional development activities was provided. Deletha holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Colorado Mesa University and multiple certifications, including a Spiritual Life Coaching Certificate from the Holistic Learning Center.
