Michal Lazarovits has a diverse work experience, starting in 2014 as an Advisor to the Chief Executive Officer at the Ministry of Health Israel. From 2018 to 2022, Lazarovits served as the Head of Gender Equality Division at the Civil Servise Commission. Most recently, in November 2021, they joined the Ministry of Environmental Protection as the Senior Deputy Director General for HR and Administration.
Michal Lazarovits obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, which they pursued from 2005 to 2009. Michal further pursued their education at the same institution and earned a Master's degree in public policy from 2012 to 2014.
