Arselia Fuentes, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner for the City of Grand Prairie since April 2021, after holding the role of HR Advisor in Classification/Compensation. Prior to this, Arselia worked at Sector 5 Digital from January 2016 to March 2020 as an Operations and Human Resources Specialist, where responsibilities included overseeing HR operations and implementing policies. Additionally, Arselia has experience as a Production Manager, managing high-profile projects and recruitment processes, and as a Business/HR Office Coordinator at Skyline Sector 5, where comprehensive office management and communication were key duties. Early career experience includes a role as a Business Office Specialist at Concentra. Arselia holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Texas Woman's University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Organizational Behavior Studies and Human Resources Management from the University of North Texas at Dallas.
