Luis Barrera

Luis Barrera is a finance professional with extensive experience in accounting and controller roles. Currently serving as the Controller for the City of Grand Prairie since October 2021, Luis previously held the position of Director of Accounting at PDS Tech, Inc. from April 2011 to February 2022.
