Luke Offen

Luke Offen, MBA, MPA, currently serves as a Senior Financial Analyst for the City of Grand Prairie since August 2023. Previously, from August 2021 to August 2023, Luke worked as a Transportation Planner at the North Central Texas Council of Governments, managing over $100 million in grant funding for transit-related initiatives. Luke's experience includes roles as a Procurement Intern and Human Resources Intern at Sedgwick, and a Data Entry Clerk focused on warranty claims. Additional roles include a Human Resources Intern at The University of Texas at Arlington, Driver at Enterprise Holdings, Cashier at K&N Management, and Lifeguard at YMCA of the USA. Luke holds a Master of Public Administration with a concentration in Public Financial Management and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Management from The University of Texas at Arlington, along with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
