Business and Operations Team

The Business and Operations Team at the City of Grand Prairie Parks and Recreation is responsible for managing retail attraction, business retention, and enterprise development within park areas. They coordinate transportation services, plan and develop projects, oversee redevelopment efforts, and manage medical and hospitality business ventures. The team also handles operational logistics, senior park project management, and communications and marketing, supported by senior IT and GIS analysis.
