Patrick Dean

Patrick Dean has been a police officer for over 20 years. Patrick started their career with the New York City Police Department in 1988 and served as a patrol officer in Brooklyn, N.Y. for seven years. In 1995, they left the NYPD and joined the Grand Rapids Police Department. Patrick served as a police officer in Grand Rapids for eight years before being promoted to lieutenant in 2003. Patrick has been with the City of Grand Rapids Police Department ever since.

After completing their schooling at Kingsborough Community College, Patrick Dean went on to receive certification from the FBI Hazardous Devices School in Huntsville, Ala. This made him an FBI Certified Bomb Technician.
