Bram Bots- van Driel

Bram Bots-van Driel is an experienced political figure with a strong background in municipal governance and policy development. Serving as Wethouder and gemeenteraadslid at Gemeente Valkenswaard since March 2010, Bram leads council meetings and thematic sessions as chair of the raadscommissie and vice-chair of the gemeenteraad. Previous roles include beleidsmedewerker VTH/Bijzondere wetten at Gemeente Weert, fractievoorzitter at Helder en Gedreven, and membership on the raadstafel 21 MRE for Metropoolregio Eindhoven. Bram has a significant focus on societal development, having worked as a beleidsmedewerker at Gemeente Reusel-De Mierden and as beleidscoördinator at Cordaad Welzijn, where responsibilities included policy development and project management. Additionally, Bram coordinated refugee work at Cordaad and volunteered as a social guide for recognized asylum seekers. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Religie en Beleid from Radboud University and a Bachelor of Arts in Culture and Religion from Tilburg University.
