Michael Salinas

Michael Salinas serves as the Human Resources Coordinator for the City of Grandview since November 2020. Prior to this role, Michael accumulated extensive experience at McDonald's from July 2003 to November 2020, advancing through several positions including General Manager, Director of Human Resources for TM Salinas, Assistant Manager, Shift Manager, Crew Trainer, and Crew Member. Michael's responsibilities spanned inventory management, customer complaint resolution, payroll and benefits administration, employee record maintenance, recruitment, and staff training. Michael holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the University of Missouri-Kansas City, earned between 2009 and 2013.
