Randy Sell has over 25 years of experience in parks and recreation, currently serving as the Assistant Director of Park Operations at the City of Grapevine since February 2001. Previous roles at the same organization include Lake Parks & Events Manager and Recreation Supervisor. Prior to Grapevine, Randy Sell worked as a Community Recreation Coordinator for the City of Garland from 1995 to 2001. Randy Sell holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Parks, Recreation and Leisure Studies from the University of North Texas, earned between 1993 and 1995.
