Jemma Schmutter is a dedicated professional with a robust background in library services, youth participation, and support roles in various organizations. Currently serving as a Library Services Officer - Programs and Support for the City of Greater Dandenong since March 2021, Jemma has previously worked as a Mentor at Access Monash and held multiple positions at headspace, including Youth Advisory Committee Member, Consortium Co-Chair, and Peer Support Evaluation Intern, showcasing a strong commitment to youth engagement. Jemma also contributed as a Ward Volunteer at Monash Health and as a Customer Support Representative at Campion Education. Jemma holds a Doctor of Medicine degree from Monash University, expected in December 2026, and a Bachelor of Biomedical Science from the same institution, completed in December 2021. Education was initiated at Nossal High School, culminating in 2017.
