Maddi Pullar has extensive experience in organisational development and payroll within the public sector, currently serving as an Organisational Development Support Officer for the City of Greater Dandenong since August 2014, responsible for providing project support, research, and administration for the Organisational Development unit, as well as overseeing the Council recruitment process. Previously, Maddi held the position of Organisational Development Officer - Payroll, ensuring compliance in payroll management and providing related support services to employees. Prior to these roles, Maddi completed a traineeship as a Payroll Trainee at MEGT (Australia) Ltd, hosted by the City of Greater Dandenong. Educational qualifications include a Certificate IV in Human Resources from the Australian HR Institute and several certificates in Business and Payroll Administration from Avana Learning.
